It has fixed traffic and large bandwidth to meet basic small and medium-sized businesses. The cloud server has a relatively large elastic configuration that can be upgraded and downgraded. Especially for high-end configurations, choosing cloud servers is more cost-effective than lightweight servers.
2. Application support method
The lightweight cloud server has an application environment support for one-click configuration, while the cloud server needs to be configured by our users. For example, the lightweight server has built-in LNMP, pagoda panel environment, and many commonly used one-click installation environment software support, which is suitable for novice and entry-level users to quickly configure the environment.
3. Network billing method
Lightweight servers generally adopt the mode of high-bandwidth traffic packets, while cloud servers generally adopt fixed bandwidth without restricting traffic. Or you can also choose the flow billing method.
4. Flexible expansion support
The expansion support of the cloud server is much better than that of the lightweight server. For example, we can upgrade the hard disk, CPU, network bandwidth and other configurations separately according to the needs. However, lightweight servers cannot be upgraded individually.
